Confidence and Wellbeing Course

Are you ready to build confidence, support your wellbeing and learn new skills?

We would be delighted to welcome you along to our FREE 6-week course, which aims to build your self-confidence and support your wellbeing.

Each week, you will have the opportunity to take part in activities that support positive wellbeing, some of which include:

  • Self-defence
  • Mindfulness/Relaxation
  • Tai Chi

Have fun, meet new people and believe in yourself, and as an added bonus, you will complete an award in personal social development.

The Confidence and Wellbeing Course runs on Tuesday mornings, starting 23rd January 2024.
